If you did not receive your new insurance card, starting 7/1/2022, you can download your new card by visiting the Highmark website. Scroll down the page until you see “Member Portal Assistance.” Click on the phrase “New Users Register Here.” You will need to enter your name, social security number and date of birth to register.
