NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
RESOLUTION TO ALLOW VIDEOCONFERENCING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Rensselaer-Columbia-Greene Health Insurance Trust (the “Trust”) on the 13th day of October, 2023 at 11:50 o’clock a.m., local time, in the Board Room of Questar III’s administrative offices, located at 10 Empire State Boulevard in the Town of Schodack, Rensselaer County, New York in connection with a proposed resolution to opt into the enacted amendment of the Open Meetings Law to further permit the use of video conferencing technology to conduct the Trustees’ meetings (L. 2022, ch. 56). A copy of the resolution is available at Questar III. A summary report of the hearing will be made available to the Trustees.
